Meditation is way of incorporating into your body the things you learn on a daily basis and also a way to bring quiet to your mind and soul. We’re excited to start to offer mediations that you can do on your journey to wholeness. These meditations will be based on the principles we teach in the seminars. Each principle will have its own mediation. We recommend you do these meditations as you’re learning and applying the principles so you have greater access in your heart and mind to the information we share with you.
